California Catholic Daily: Recognized by Rome
California Catholic Daily reported on Vivian, of the Alta Loma parish, being recognized by Rome with First Place in the Art category of the International Marian Award, for her icon under the theme "Mary, Way of Peace Between Cultures," chosen from submissions received worldwide.
The recognition belongs, in the end, to the one depicted — Mary, the way of peace. The icon remains what it was made to be, an image to pray before, in a home or a chapel. A giclée print of Our Lady Tabernacle of the World is available.
