Commissioned as adornments for a newly completed Our Lady of Guadalupe Grotto blessed on June 1, 2024 for Sacred Heart Church in Rancho Cucamonga, this five-panel icon set features the story of the Guadalupe Apparitions:
- First Apparition of Our Lady of Guadalupe to St. Juan Diego
- Second Apparition - St. Juan Diego returns to Our Lady of Guadalupe
- Third Apparition - Our Lady of Guadalupe appears to Juan's uncle.
- Fourth Apparition - Our Lady of Guadalupe asks Juan Diego to collect roses.
- Fifth Apparition - Our Lady of Guadalupe appears on the tilma of St. Juan Diego.
