General Shipping.

We strive to provide you with the most affordable shipping selection, based on your order volume, location and delivery speed. All of our products ship from California or Texas. Due relationships with multiple shipping providers, we ask please for patience, as some orders will be delivered in multiple packages.

Production and shipping times:

Art Prints and Framed Art:
Please allow up to 15 days for production and delivery. This ensures that each piece is printed with precision and, if framed, mounted beautifully and packed carefully before it reaches your door.
Leather Goods:
These items also require up to 15 days for leathercraft, texturing and stitching to be completed your order with the finest attention to detail before shipping.
All Other Goods:
For any other items, we kindly ask for your patience as they might take up to 20 days to arrive, ensuring quality and care in every step.

How to Ensure Your Gifts Arrive on Time:

Place Your Orders Early: To avoid any disappointment, we recommend placing your orders as early as possible.
Stay Informed: Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Returns.

In general we do not accept any returns, given that all our products are made specifically to order by a small shop. However, please contact us with any issues, and we will see what we can do to help.

Handling delays.

Due to the nature and popularity of our products, and the quality we strive to provide, please expect a 3-10 day handling delay in any of your purchases.

Tracking.

We deliver tracking information within 6 hours of a product label being created. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us, and we will respond in a timely fashion.
