The traditional Divine Mercy image is based on a painting made by St. Faustina after a series of visions sent to her by Christ in which He encouraged devotion to His Divine Mercy. The Divine Mercy is traditionally portrayed in a more Western style.
At the bottom appears the phrase "Jesus I Trust In You", which St. Faustina was instructed by Christ to include in her image of the Divine Mercy. Christ is shown with the red and blue beams of light symbolizing the blood and water that flowed out of his side when it was pierced by a Roman soldier's lance on the cross.

Printed with UV-inks directly to the panel, Gatorboard prints are both smudge and scratch resistant. These prints can be placed directly into the frame without glass giving you a beautiful glare free print.
