Saint Catherine of Siena Icon Print

Catherine of Siena entered the Dominican Third Order as a young woman and spent her life in prayer, service to the sick, and plain speech to popes. She wrote to Pope Gregory XI urging him to return the papacy from Avignon to Rome, and he did. She died in Rome in 1380, at thirty-three, and was declared a Doctor of the Church for the wisdom of her writings. Her feast is kept on April 29. She is a patroness of Italy. This icon keeps her example — courage paired with plain speech — in front of you.

Printed on premium archival giclée paper with rich, enduring color. Available as a fine art print or a black "gatorboard" rigid mount, ready to display without framing. Frame not included.

Fine Art Paper Print
Our fine art giclée prints are produced on acid-free archival paper using UV-resistant inks, delivering museum-quality color accuracy and a richness of detail that honors the original painting. Because it is lightweight and frameable, the print slips easily into any standard frame — no glass required with Gatorboard, or pair it with glass for a traditional framed presentation. Printed to last generations.

Gatorboard Rigid Mount
Printed directly onto ⅜″ Gatorboard® — a lightweight, rigid foam-core panel — this option is ready to hang or display without a frame. UV inks are printed directly to the surface, making it smudge- and scratch-resistant and completely glare-free. No glass, no frame required. Ideal for immediate display or for those who prefer a clean, contemporary presentation.
