This image depicts Our Lady of Medjugorie and Fr. Slavko. In the background can be seen the cross on Cross Mountain, where on March 15, 1934 parishioners constructed a concrete cross in remembrance of the 1900 years since the crucifixion.
Father Slavko Barbaric is shown, in front of an inscription for the Campo della Vita, a religious fraternity in Medjugorje which provides housing to young men while on pilgrimage or retreat. With Fr. Slavko are children from the Mothers Village in Medjugorje, a charitable foundation for supporting abandoned and neglected children. Fr. Slavko founded the Mothers Village in 1993 to help care for children orphaned during the Balkan Wars. AMDG!
